Why book with us?

With over 10 years experience in delivering arts and crafts workshops to all ages and having such a wide skill set –why not book with us?  We know how to have fun as well as deliver high quality workshops to a wide audience.

What do you provide at your workshops?

We provide all of the professional high quality creative workshop, all materials for your chosen package, travel to your chosen venue/location, and most importantly a smile and fun!!

Are Art Jar staff CRB/DBS cleared?

Art jar ensure all staff members working with children, young or vulnerable people are CRB/ DBS checked.

Is the cost of materials included?

We provide all of the craft materials. Any changes or additional materials for bespoke events, may have different or additional charges to what is listed in our packages. But please don’t worry this will be discussed and agreed before confirming booking. We ensure to explore all options to suit your budget.

How long are workshops?

Most of our workshops are between 1.5 -2 hours long. If you’d like to book us for longer please ask and we can discuss rates.

How much time do you need to set up/pack down?

We need at least 30 mins to  set up for your workshop and another 30minutes to pack down.

What areas do Art Jar travel to?

Currently Art Jar are able to travel to London and the South East without any extra costs to you. However we are open to traveling further afield so please don’t hesitate to ask!

Do you have to pay a deposit? Is this refundable?

Art Jar expect a 40% deposit upon booking confirmation. Please bear in mind that this is non-refundable in the case of last minute cancellations. We require at least 10 day notice of any cancellations or changes to numbers. For a full refund of your paid deposit you are required to make cancellation 10 days before your confirmed booking.

What happens if you need to cancel our workshop?

Don’t worry, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you need to cancel your booking a full refund will be provided as long as we are given 10 days notice.There is also an option to reschedule if need be, with 10 days notice.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide full refunds of deposits for cancellations made under 10 days.
If the number of guests increase –no problem! Please just give us the minimum of 10 days so we can ensure that all of your guests are able to participate in the fun!
